Vin Social is a vin-tech startup in growth mode, and before they hit hyper-growth (and because one of their founders comes from the talent space) they understood the importance and value of investing in their employer brand early.

We found that the Vin Social culture is grounded in the culture of small-batch wine, unsurprisingly, and so we focused on using the essence of that story as the foundation of the employer brand.
